Not something you see everyday on a golf course...a streaker made her way across the greens carrying the Red, White, and Blue wearing nothing but her flesh colored birthday suit. The proper name for the improper lass is Kimberly Webster, 23, from Dublin, Ohio; the President's Cup Streaker is the subject of today's Chick Pic!
