Retweet of the Day - January 15, 2013

With the revelation that Lance Armstrong confessed to using performance enhancing drugs (PEDs) during an interview with Oprah Winfrey, the Twittersphere was buzz with discussion of the entire Lance Armstrong doping scandal. Most of what I saw was vitriol from disappointed fans and sanctimonious moralists. But one tweeter,  The Dowager's Hat (‏@theDowagers_Hat),  however, made a play on words based on Armstrong's battle with testicular cancer, which helped launch Armstrong's hero image.

"Take it easy on ol' Lance. What he's doing takes a lotta ball. #Liestrong"

I think Armstrong's ex-girlfriend, Sheryl Crow, could offer a more, um, informed opinion on Lance's testicular fortitude.
