Pop star, known douchebag, and wannabe black guy Justin Beiber was arrested in Florida last week on suspicion of DUI. Photos taken shortly before the drag racing fiasco showed a woman in the car with him. Gossip sites are reporting that the lady was 21-year-old model Chantel Jeffries. If that name sounds familiar, it is because she is the bad-girl ex-girlfriend of Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson. Ms. Jeffries is the subject of today's Chick Pic.
