Retweet of the Day - December 19, 2013

Last night, the Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat gave NBA fans a treat. The Heat rallied in the fourth quarter to take the lead in the final minutes en route to a three point victory, 97-94. It was a win for the NBA.

Of course, many fans of the NBA have often lamented about how "the fundamentals" are taken out of the game. How stars get away with everything. They long for the "good old days" of the 80s and 90s, which I contend were subjected to the same criticisms from older fans at that time.

"Today's retweet, by Ben Cronk (‏@BozotheCronk), echos my feelings. LeBron was called for traveling and a foul on consecutive possessions. Old people can like the @NBA again. #Pacers"

Three certainties in life: death, taxes, and the NBA wahh-bulance!
