Retweet of the Day - October 16, 2012

Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach Andy Reid fired Defensive Coordinator Juan Castillo this morning. The Eagles have gotten off to a disappointing 3-3 start, highlighted by a bevy of untimely errors and missed opportunities. Eagles owner Jeff Lurie stated, prior to the start of the season, that Reid had to improve over last year's 8-8 performance (following a 4-8 start) in which the Eagles missed the playoffs.

Some may think that the move reeks of self preservation on Reid's part. My response would be, "And...so?" All coaches seek to preserve their jobs. Big deal.... Still, it leads us to today's retweet, from Weird Harold ‏(@Gator_Bell)
